Project name & Client – Bharti Airtel Environment- Unix, SQL, Shell scripting, ServiceNow Associated with the SMDP AIRTEL team & handling the day-to-day application/server-related activity. Using the ACROS monitoring portal to monitor the server’s health check and day-to-day publish the report to management. Using the Unix commands and a script to monitor the system and generate a report with the connectivity of the database.

Handled the SSDF project for client AT&T and provided and resolved support L1/L2 issues based on priority. Responsible & for developing the UNIX script to monitor the process job, and file system, and configure the cron jobs to schedule the scripts. Monitored the application (product) for CPU utilization (Health Checks) and coordinated with the Technology team for product/application queries.
